Does anyone that follows CNES actually believe they have just been sitting on their hands waiting for FCC approval before trying to work out contracts or more pilot programs? That would be idiotic...

Who knows when news is going to come out...something has definitely been going on with this stock though. Charts are showing MAJOR accumulation and price is remaining fairly static @ .0005 for now. Something is definitely going on here IMO.
