"Luther R Jeffries Does Not Exist" as claimed in the PR. IMO his his resume is a fabrication that Eddie Vakser invented.

Anyone who has serious money invested in this scam needs to hire a private eye/ investigator to get to the bottom of this. There is >>NO<< verifiable info on this guy to be found online. Investing with a "mystery man" is financial folly and you will be most surely wiped out!

Eddie Vakser could instantly shut me up about this once and for all by providing independent, verifiable >>>PROOF<<< as to who this guy is. He hasn't because he can't... it does not exist IMO.

I've asked the same thing since day one.

There is NO verifiable evidence of who "Luther R Jeffries" is. That's a fairly remarkable feat in the Internet age. None has been provided either except for Eddie's PR about him. No one knows for sure where he lives.. if he's ever been a CEO of any company (much less a public one).

I'm beginning to suspect what we have is a fictional figurehead designed to provide Eddie Vakser some legal cover in order to enter a still illegal industry! MMJ stocks started taking off some time ago. IMO Eddie saw that happening and decided to commit one of his penny shells to take advantage. Think is Eddie's reputation is crap ...and he certainly doesn't want anyone questioning where all the money from his pumps went (it's certain it didn't go where he said it would).
