Yeah, couldnt find much other than that which is why I asked. I know triage does distressed debt so these shares must be related to the restructuring that James has been actively doing. Any other info would be helpful; NRTI is one of 3-4 companies that Frenkel reported 9.99% ownership of on 12/31 and were made public by SEC on 2/14
