I talked to peter grossman yesterday and he said that the SEC still asking lots of questions but it goes forward.
So the S-1 application is still in process, and is progressing.

He did not know how many shares that are outstanding.
I am starting to think that they are selling some of those "collateral shares".

I think that they are issue those if they cannot find anyone who can lend out money and take those shares as a collateral.
I think i remember something about that on the filing when i looked at it when it was filed?

Peter also told me that the larger fish farm plans are going as planned. ;)
