Plus asked where are filings showing these will come off starting in March. Sorry but restricted shares have moved into the float in 4th quarter and most have already been soaked up or hodling. Reason being the float jumped in that quarter.


Restricted shares must be held for a one year period on non-reporting stocks. If shares were issued in March of 2013 they would come off restriction ONE YEAR later. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for these shares to have come off restriction yet and entered the float.

Yes the float jumped - but not because of the restricted shares issued AFTER March 2013.

Restricted shares would show up in the O/S but NOT the FLOAT until the restriction is lifted - which is one year AFTER they were issued.
