BlueSky:

I was out of town for a good part of yesterday also in addition to attending the AGM on Tuesday.

Before I answer, you should know a couple of my biases (I think you do already given how long we have been in communication). My background is in central finance/administration in large academic medical centers. I was also the one who was sent all over the place, so I a fair amount of experience working at the staff level and more as a bridge with the IT folks. So given all of that, I have the following biases: First, I don't like folks doing a whole ton of PR stuff. There is a time and place for that and in larger organizations, these discussions are really kept behind the scenes for the most part (both client and provider). Second, I also like folks who know a lot more than they say. In an academic medical center, there is always someone smarter than you.

OK, so given that, here are my comments:

1) The AGM - Not much happened. They voted on the key items you already saw posted. After that, there was a short Q&A session.
There were fewer people, I think, than last year, and only three of us went to the post-AGM session to view the clipstream demo.
2) I did ask about the Japanese relationship at the AGM. They did to go Japan late last year, and we will have to wait for companies they met with to due diligence / technical evaluation of the product before any contract discussions take place. I think Steve referred to a 5 month contract introduction to contract process at one or more of the recent quarterly reports. I do note that for large organizations, not taking this long for folks to do their homework is a bad sign.
3) Technical stuff - There were a couple of interesting items. The connection with the Apple products is close, but not yet done (We all heard this earlier). I didn't bother to ask about specific timeframes. They have quite a few instances of Apple folks using (bad / old) Windows machines to get an early glimpse of what they're going to get - This is really good. Also, it appears that local ISP's throttling down transfer rates, especially in dense East Coast markets, but a work around for that is expected relatively soon. This is not a problem with Clipstream. I would contend that this is a case where the local ISP's are trying to pull a fast one on their clients...

So, all in all, I'm pretty comfortable, even though I hate what's been done to the stock price recently (yes, I stayed all in through these price attacks through the summer).

Finally, I told Steve it was OK to tell you (BlueSky) who I am...
