HEC....today's Reuters ProVestor Plus Report Huge ut underway. This report shows HEC w/ Mrkt Cap of $170 million, and a Net Margin of 88%. When comparing it to the following it appears that HEC's price of .74 seems very cheap and the potential up from here is huge.
