Actually, its not a small apartment building. If you look at the street level or bird's eye view in google maps you can see that there are apartments attached to a small commercial business building across from a Rite-Aid.

The old office space was once occupied by a Real Estate company called Brightstone. There are other businesses that occupy offices in the business park like Select Care Home Health Services.
