I like my bets in brick and mortar retail, vs. web retail...I suppose, you know, folks just need to be physically near other folks...or perhaps we all just turn into robots...

GGP is still a major player and I say, $100 is me target for 2019.

With the value of real estate rising, GGP pps will also rise...

I know ackman has big bets now elsewhere, e.g., FnF, and I know he will win bigger there, much more upside, but I do keep my long core holdings from under a buck, why? I just am a believer in the brick and mortar never going away and the value of real estate rising...that simple? yep.
