March 17,2003: We currently have active partnering discussions for all of our technologies with numerous biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Obviously there is a credibility issue with what King has said in the past versus what happens. Could these partnerships have been the "Dios" type partner? I admit I don't know because I wasn't around back then. So, if Worsley can make a difference and finally close a pending deal it could have such a massive impact on the stock price and give Peregrine it's well-needed credibility.
