perhaps some so-called "bashers" do, but why would that be?
could it be because confirming share structure is next to impossible because the TA wont respond to requests?
could it be because the only "official" documentation was dated as of sept 30 '05?
could it be because winick stocks...and certainly this "gem"...have a history of doing just that?

but besides the possible "dilution factor"...

not one 8K has been filed through all the events that have transpired since the disposition of kachina/terrablock and the transition to BKMP/TFN...the common SH has essentially been flying completely blind/on faith...perhaps you and others feel comfortable "investing" long with a wish and a prayer...i assure you, many others justifiably do not
