my new job is now concentrating to communicate with US lawyers and SEC etc. I refused to continue with my old job if they
can not raise fund to do the farm business, no money what can you do ? That is part of the result why APT closed down,
they said they will, but also I am looking for retirement since I do not need any job for my living at all.

We have gone from you saying "I will not give up" in emails to saying you don't need this job/money. Must be nice, unfortunately, a lot of people/shareholders cannot say that. I would expect that since the reverse split UCHC will be able to start making deals.
