One of the things I have been researching via time in courtrooms, is the environment in which these sharks swim. Many of the locals, I have found, belong to the same nonprofit organizations, meet, greet, and socialize together. The judges, lawyers, sherrif, business leaders all talk among themselves, void of the media, within those walls. There are LEVELs of associations not apparent at first glance, but they are the ties that bond. Federal Judges down to pro bono lawyers: they all live in the same local ponds many times, and belong to the same private, by invitation only, groups.

In my opinion, the outcomes of ANY case, depends on more than just the facts presented in court:)
