1) Is there any interest in establishing a phone/email blast list for breaking news.

2) I would be willing to be participate in spearheading its development and implementation if there was enough interest to justify it.

3) Such a plan would have to include individuals that would share the responsibility to appear at a minimum amount of "perceived" critical court dates.
