Adolfo3-Good catch. Yeah-it says Global Energy Group (MTWD)

What it means is that they did go through with the deal. I had questioned the legitimacy of that 13D filing with no follow up in the 10Qs for either company.

So...Metwood owns 99% of GEG which is a sub of Rainco. It seems to me that Metwood is now in the Energy business and they are a sub of Rainco making UBRG a sub as well under GEG.

Anyone else?

The crazy thing is...now UBRG is tied to REVO under Rainco. Whether that's a good thing remains to be proven.
