Just catching up. Haven't really followed this. Does anyone have a feeling on the current filing?

I'm confused about some of the numbers but it looks like they had about 2.3 billion shares before the r/s outstanding and 250 billion was authorized.

So after 1/1000, that would be only 2.3 million shares outstanding. Anyone know how or perhaps to whom the approx 25 million shares were issued?
