Market Direction and Stock Trends

In the past I would have probably held on hoping for a turnaround, that is 1 lesson I learned the hard way.
Next up is stay disciplined and take profits when they present the opportunity.
Last few good trades I had I sold 50% when it gained 10-20% which gave me profits, but still kept me in the game. With profits locked in I had a bit of breathing room to allow the stock to run.
Some went up a little more and others didn't, end result was I made $.
