Im guessing it was maybe to increase the PPS so it is more attractive to investors. If you have followed here very long you can see the majority of time there doesn't seem to be any dilution going on. Our PPS was holding pretty steady where if they were diluting it was have kept dropping to the trips. I was in another stock that also went through a RS with a similiar story to BISU and I made out pretty good when the stock started trading again, hopefully it will be the same here but as with all penny stocks you can never really know how things will turn out and ultimately everyone is just guessing.
