Nor have they repurchased any stock. Nor have they paid dividends. They simply reinvest (buy up land) with their profits.

But every company is different. My core holding for instance does issue stock, but they are growing 5x faster than HERB. Growth requires capital. HERB does not have an exceptional growth story.

Perhaps they should pay dividends though. For now, it seems they have no problem reinvesting their profits.
