The status of said companies is not the issue. The reasons "behind" those statuses is in fact, speculation. Until it is proven, and becomes fact, it is the exact definition of speculation.

Point is, the NSS theory may be speculation, but this being a scam is also, and as much so, speculation.

I must however, digress, as the stock market is based, in part, on speculation. I am only pointing out that if there is no proven facts to back up what we say, then it is speculation. No matter what side of the street you are standing on.
