Agreed on GDSM -more DD & Golden Cross here

Nice analysis my friend. Dead on. Today--- Shockingly low volume with the reinforcement that we are setting up a MMJ related subsidiary in Colorado. Doesn't even phase me at all after the further validations we got today. Looked like more smart money buying to me and some profit takers hiding behind VNDM.

FEW MAJOR POINTS TODAY :
I look forward to the next few days and week here. I am surprised a few were willing to let go of these shares so cheap- but it is what it is---- and it ain't my biz! I was sure they'd be grabbed quick though as we're! Our CEO confirmed again today NO DILUTION from GDSM or GELPID during these negotiations. Hmmmm

SO I READ PLENTY OF POSTS SAYING THAT THE MAGIC WORD - (POT, WEED or MMJ) was missing from the press release today. It got me thinking--- perhaps better DD should be done over here since clearly WE ARE NOT EXPECTING TO HEAR THAT WE ARE NOW GROWING WEED!! We are not! Nor will we be. We are in the final stages of acquiring a private MMJ-related ACCESSORIES company that just so happens to target the hot sector due to major increase demand now

Therefore, its very intriguing that we are expecting to hear very soon -- that we have formally acquired a subsidiary within the MMJ accessories sector --- now a sub of GDSM, that will add tremendous and immediate shareholder value -- look at a few companies that had a merger with an existing company. Went multi pennies from the trips. Quite a few of them.

CEO Shea didn't leave out the word weed or marijuana. Its simply not relevant as we are not trying to enter into the growing or legal hemp business. Rather, deciphered from his news releases, my DD and internet findings -- GDSM is in the final negotiations of acquiring an existing MMJ accessory related company THAT WIULD ADD MAJOR VALUE IMMEDIATELY to GDSM pps!
Our CEO made it clear that the formation of the new Colorado Subsidiary is with the intent to firmly acquire that said already successful and attractive private MMJ accessories company.

I ASK YOU- how many of these OTC companies under that are entering the "MMJ" Sector are truly MMJ or are really anything but a scam with a website? Look at them and see how many are just planning to buy land, create a video or CNN channel, or Internet website for MMJ?

GDSM has MUCH MORE MEGA POTENTIAL. If they announce a subsidiary deal with an already existing PRIVATE MMJ RELATED company that is already generating significant revenues and potentially even profits- this would put GDSM among only a few that would earn that immediate credibility.

In summation, the fact that the PR further mentions the subsidiary is being formed in Colorado, THE ISSUANCE OF TERM SHEETS- and confirming its continued negotiations with Gelpid. To me, there is every reason to understand that this is a subsidiary spinoff potential, in the final stages of negotiations likely awaiting the more minute details such as ---, ownership issues, shelf offerings, preferred stock issuances and the actual debt features etc etc.

Frankly -- all the other prior PR and twitter posts represented this subsidiary as hot sector or MMJ related.
LETS FOCUS on what CEO Shea WAS ABLE TO TELL US.

Now that the market is closed, I urge everyone to RE READ the actual press release. I was easily able to read between the lines on two occasions, do a little cursory DD to the information I provided earlier today - in the summary DD recap and connect the dots a bit more,

Also, a few other posters actually started to figure it out too- with some of the related PRIVATE existing MMJ related companies related to Chiari and Gelpid in some capacity. As you will see- the more you DD this potential here- the more you realize it's not a one or two day runner that comes back down the net day or two because it claimed its going to start looking for real estate that could be used to cultivate hemp one day.

FURTHERMORE- What is in play here is a potential SUBSIDIARY SPINOFF - that would involve more complex negotiations toward the final stages of the deal. THAT IS WHERE I BELIEVE WE ARE.
the formal creation of the subsidiary and the final term sheet negotiations bringing both parties together realizing this IS TRULY THE BEST DEAL BY FAR -- for both parties and for all shareholders. Think about it- these types of deals , like TTDZ, involve potential dividends and then preferred share issuances etc. Im okay with it taking the proper amount of time to get the deal done!

IM VERY PLEASED THAT OUR CEO remains transparent and dedicated to continue to update us on the progress he is making and defining Colorado as the state for the new subsidiary - now fits perfectly within the framework of the DD done here. We look very close here.

IT IS MY OPINION - that slowly investors will realize when they read through the DD and talk to the company, as well as read carefully all the prior news releases and tweets- it's quite clear that our CEO was LIMITED in what he's legally allowed to reveal at this time.

I have a strong feeling we are about to see an ORGANIC rise to the value/pps of this stock now that strong hands secured the churn today quite nicely. he stock will test its highs by end of week and with any further verification and validations, hopefully surpass them.

There is too much in store here with this GEM - that would actually involve an EXISTING REVENUE GENERATING private company turned PUBLIC. The targets here will rise exponentially as more awareness from smart money trickles down and more begin to realize that our CEO has given more news and updates of what's in store here than many other supposed MMJ plays already trading in the multi pennies.
