No, the PR today was completely bogus - on many levels. This is just example.

If you read the SKTO financials you would see the following:

On June 30, 2013, SK3 Group closed an acquisition agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of BBORL, INC (Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories), a California Corporation from its four shareholders for 20 million shares of SK3 Group, common stock (5 million shares to each shareholder).

SKTO owns Berkeley Bio - 100% - now iEquity didn't have any part of this deal - SKTO didn't acquire BB from iEquity.

So how is it that Aventura labs:

In addition, Adventura Laboratories holds the intellectual property resulting from research conducted by Berkeley Bio Organic Research Laboratory. Current and continuing research includes research into mixed phyto-cannabinoid carboxylates, decarboxylation processes, and cannabidiol (CBD) extraction methods.

iEquity doesn't control BB.

SKTO owns Berkeley Bio - so how does Aventura labs now have the licenses for; Dharmanol, Yak Capsules,...

It isn't property of iEquity - so they can't place SKTO assets into another company - the PR is complete nonsense.
