Are you serious? Look it up. OTC stocks DO NOT trade after-hours period. Think about it, why would someone buy at .0328 when the ask is much lower? This was a trade that occurred during normal trading hours and posted after the market closed. If you really, think ELRA trades after-hours, try to buy some now.
