Last summer people were saying that MedScience Laboratories "WAS" AVNE, based on that erroneous website. I said no, it wasn't. I don't believe I ever said that there had been no discussions between AVNE management and IEquity management (I had no way of "proclaiming" that one way or the other). At most, there was a letter of intent with escrowed shares of AVNE, as AVNE's public filings since have indicated. The definitive agreement was not signed until a few days ago.

I still maintain that the IEquity website statement is not correct as of this moment. You tell me, does a 16% interest = control?
