Maybe that is Hipple/Jan 101, but I've known AVNE management for a long time and am quite confident that they're going to get a fair deal (at minimum).

As I've said before, I don't care when the affiliate was created, as long as it owns all the assets that AVNE expects to acquire when it acquires the stock of the affiliate. I guess we will see after due diligence....
