GEORGETOWN, SC--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2014) - Aventura Equities, Inc.'s (OTC Pink: AVNE) board of directors have signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Aventura Laboratories, Inc. from iEquity, Corp. as part of a share exchange agreement.

So that must mean SKTO shares, AEGY Shares, I-Equity Shares or any combination there of and SKTO has all the licenses according to all the PR's from SKTO.

I am lost can someone explain what is going on.
