mining operations. On Mar 3, 2014 it will be under the supervision of Mr. W Watters, PE whose close association with
the Ruby will be put to the task of successfully bringing Ruby
Mine into production. Your mining credentials are impressive,
but Mr. Watters needs to have the respect from all mining comrade
executives at this time to carryout this complex mission, an assignment he is very excited to guide.

My view as a Shareholder, Mr. Watters has the experience and background for the task. . . . .JOHO
