DF50 algorithms
ImpediMed's DF50 is an FDA cleared medical device. It uses a single 50 kHz frequency and algorithms to provide assessments of body composition. As of this date (February 19, 2006), ImpediMed's DF50 provides three (3) algorithm that the user of the device can choose from. All three have been published in peer-reviewed medical journals.
