My eyes glaze over trying to interpret them. My guess is that CornFlakes may be correct that PAWS has a lot of obligations that would have to be settled by selling shares back into the market and therefore the stock price will drop.

Supposedly great news was released at 11:35 EST but everyone seems to have peddled off to lunch or the bar.
