Even if someone said they never said something, there is room for simply being wrong. A lie would still require for example, an email from Kim to Ben stating that they intended to deceive. IE...Lets just tell them we have plans to hire. Absent proof that Kim intended to deceive or has no plans on hiring someone.....it remains "NOT" a lie.

Now you and I could think of some much better "lies" that would move the share price up. I would not invest in a company because they have plans to hire someone. Thus I am done with Floyd.
