SEC is very concerned about any public company
that has it's CEO in prison, phones disconnected
and web site down with no one at the helm.
There also is the issue of the entire company
having published false information as to
assets, oil wells, leases, etc. There is
plenty of fodder for the SEC to investigate
and word is THEY ARE ! And for we victims..
FINALLY it is about time!
