its not so cut and dry TRTc only got a little more that 800k for those shares which I'm sure they have burned thorugh or will soon they need cash for distribution deals and to bring in talent this is tranch 1 of 11 i think gotta read the deal again

they will have to give more shares when they need cash again which will be sold so the diluttion will continue untill they generate enough cash for day to day ops which won't be for a while.. when the financials come out you will see.. is clear from the last Q
