Congratulations to all longs
This is going to be an investment of a lifetime IMHO
From looking at their website I will try to do my own calculations, please correct me if I am wrong, as this will increase my understanding of this Company.
I will make some assumptions here, but will try to be conservative.
According to their website, the smallest CO2 separation plant that they produce needs at least 1750 CFM (cubic foot per min),
That is 42000 CF per hour, and 10008000 CF per day or 1008 MCF/day.
With 350 days/Year, (15 days for maintenance or any other down time) that then amounts to 352800 MCF/year
This is however raw landfill gas going into the plant, so assuming 50% is left after purification that leaves 176400 MCF/year.
At an average price of $8.00/MCF that amounts to $1411200.00/year
Other posters have mentioned a 60% cut to the company, which will then amount to
$846720.00/year.
Again this is for the smallest plat that they produce.
I don’t know the price per installation, but the company states a ROI of 18 Months
This to me means that each installation will pay itself back after only 18 Months.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
If CTUM can do 50 installations over the next 2 Year’s, then we are looking at a yearly revenue of at least 50 times $846720.00 = $42 mill.
Not bad for a company with only 26 mill OS.
A monster cash machine in evolving here, get in while it is still cheap.
Thanks once Again Lowman, for starting this fantastic board, and thanks to all the other posters, who have provided so much valuable information (you all know who you are).
And I hope a lot of you will still be here in 2-3 Years.
