For years this company survived on a 'licensing and royalty model' from private industry users. Now that they essential have gotten out of that business , sold their patents. Moved all of their stock over to Ronin Capital via the use of 'stock parking' methods. So now 1 entity has control over this company. Not sure what to make of the future when the company has ceased to have conference calls, investors are not informed about decisions or future business. mutual fund holders in this company have decreased not increased.Now it wants to be known as a biometric company; but a biometric company that relies on government contracts for income. Not sure this company is equal to its valuation .
