Well said. And working for the Government for 30-years I can tell you that funding just doesn't grow on trees and get approved overnight. This had to have been in the trough for a while. I won't lie, I use HLNT to make MONEY. That's why I'm here. I do, however, keep a stash of shares tucked away just in case this thing decides to go bigtime. Sure, the court cases hang like a gigantic, black rain cloud. But IMO, the news was a big blast of sunshine punching through the cover. We'll eventually see how it all pans out.
