HokieHead,..no i did not save it. i received it last week. i thought nothing of it once i read in the Disclaimer that shares were given out to a third party.

How many shares were given out? You didnt consider THAT important? What did you read? If BLDH doesnt hold and importance to you, why are you here? You dont need to post the tout company, it's in the 8K. What I want to know is why you post on one board that BLDH is diluting but you wont post that here? I DONT believe you and I will consider every post of yours suspect from here on out. No need to reply as your credibility is shot. First you post Bogus TA and when we laugh that off you post BLDH is diluting. When your called on that you have no number of shares diluted and now you say David Campbell has no credibility and BLDH is not serious.
