The bid proffered by ERHE's consortium was accepted and approved by the JDA/JMC.

The comings and goings of PXD,NBL,DVN,SNP,AXC are intra-consortium business.

If the companies coming in can do what the ones who left can do then it's no problem.

Beings the new guys have as good or better expertise and tons more money then everything is copesettic.
