I am slightly bothered by the fact that this Canadian company, which I cannot Google, comes out of nowhere in a PR and then a few hours later a website comes up which was just registered the same day by Craig Olivas who works for Primco. So a few red flags do go up and makes me very suspicious of what is going on.

So I will be keeping my finger on the sell button just in case this goes south quickly!
