Even on the "eve" of a month that a PR that promises "fuel production" the volume is down and the PPS is down...blame it on the MM's? I don't think so. Blame it on the years of history that WTWO has promised and delayed, generated no income or fulfilled sales.
I am for WTWO coming through, believe me, I would love it.... Go WTWO! Do something you say your going to do and all will be forgiven!
