I do think however that by the latter date a few of the issues you listed should have been satisfactorily resolved.
That was my point. Give it 2 months and lets see what we get. Anything in between is noise.
We weren't so wrong before (because I know TF is going to respond to this). We knew the mega farm was off somewhat, 4 months ago. Same applies to the S-1 (speaking for myself) and the Nasdaq listing. We thought they would get the financing closed earlier though. And that may still be a few months away. But the unexpected can happen as well. Perhaps they will pre-announce the mega farm. Perhaps they will pre-announce earnings. Perhaps they will give guidance for 2014. Anything is possible, if you push them hard enough
