I see nowhere in the filing that stock will be issued. this is what I read:
2. Compensation
Company and BT agree to the following as the compensation or expense
reimbursement for the performance of the services outlined above.
The newsletter discussing the Company will be a sponsored advertisement for
subscriptions. BT's compensation includes the expense reimbursement (see below)
and $15,000. BT expects to generate new subscriber revenue, the amount of which
is unknown at this time, to BT's newsletter through the distribution of the
mailing piece described in this document.

really ?,...isn't that what the function of a national mailing via a "HotStock" circulation is? i know they state that they are just making the investment sector aware of the company and do not recommend taking a position. right ;)
additionally this is also done through a third party so it doesn't appear that the "Company" is involved with handing out their shares. this type of interaction is pulled from the authorized shares
bottom line is they did tout their company via a news circluation via the snail mail.
You also state on the other board that stock was issued for the tout rag you read but you dont recall how much was issued?
I find that hard to believe. Are you trying to create FUD? Please get all your facts in order before you post on this
