Quest Oil Corp. (QOIL)

In the past many years this co, has never r/s. I'm not certain that that is needed here. Just a tickle of news sends this thing into a fever.
I'm of the thinking that the company has and will try to buy back as many shares as possible. They are not required to report and to my knowlege have not broken any laws. Well there was the clean up mess that the rail road was overseeing.
Kinda just think they want as many shares as they can get. I don't think they want to share any proffits. (if it comes to that)??
I think qoil is still lurking and keeping a low profile.
