Wow to get listed on the Nasdaq coupled by your 1.5 million shares. That is not enought to retire. You say "some years later". What do you want 25 million to retire? I only have 200,000 shares and if I net 1.2 million, I'm out of here. I have 2 young kids too. I figure I go south open up a small shop of some sort. live off interest of about 6% a year off the 1.2 and make about 40-50K running a small store of some sort. There is way to much to do in life then work for somebody your whole life.
