hell, look at yourself, a year ago you were all anti-DMCA(sic), now you're a happy shareholder spinning their tactics.

Apple's Intellectual Proprerty rights beyond Mac OS X is a different kettle of fish. Digital Rights Management for Video and Audio is a much bigger and more profound issue.

AAPL's Fairplay DRM is still more liberal than Windows Media Video (WMV) or Real for what its worth.

Also keep in mind that software exists to circumvent DRM files.
