My guess this was GE's plan all along..

Bankrupt their largest foreign competitor in DPG by screwing them over in a contract that could be used against them if certain things were not met. They play dirty.. Always have

My guess is APWR figured this out long ago and that's why they started to not play nice with each other.

Should be an interesting few months ahead.

I still think we have a fighting chance.. IMO
China won't take this lying down.. IMO

There's gotta be a reason LU didn't show up for these arbitration hearings!
