Henry Jans tends to go off-script when he's not being minded closely, so don't put too much stock in his "IEquity has a controlling interest in everything!!" statements. But see my prior posts -- it is not difficult to reconcile the seemingly conflicting statements about AVNE. In exchange for Aventura Labs (including the assets that will have been put into it), IEquity will obtain a large chunk of AVNE stock.
