As to the first part of your post, the acquisition of Aventura Laboratories is being structured somewhat like a typical reverse merger, where the acquiree assumes control of the acquirer going forward. This should not be that difficult to grasp. In exchange for the acquired company, the parent of the acquired company is receiving equity in the acquirer. The Facebook posting is more correct, but the IEquity statement is not entirely wrong in a simplistic, egotistical way like you'd expect from Henry Jan.

As to the second part of your post, we have been through this already. Have you forgotten?
