I can easily come with model number - let me call both of those cpu's "model 2800". Not perfect, but much more accurate than the current Intel metric. You want the proof? Easy:

P4 2.8GHz 533 is $262
P4 2.6GHz HT 800 is $218

Apparently the only metric, which affects the cpu pricing is Ghz. And price reflects what Intel really thinks about Ghz.

On my metric those two will cost the same - because they perform in line with each other.
