No, we will not be able to move the price while dilution is still in effect. I think it will get low as .0005 but I am impressed that it is even holding around .0008-.001. Once dilution is done and STBV provides proof of marijuana crop, I think it can easily go .03. Although that will be months from now.
I don't think this stock is a complete scam.
