HPNN didn't had a business license till last week. They just reinstated it after letting it lapse for 3 years.

That's the kind of company you're giving your money to. One that cannot be bothered to post annual financials for years, and sometimes os too broke to renew its business license.

It's a company that has destroyed $28 million dollars of shareholder value so far and is now busy destroying more, including yours.
